Terms and Conditions

1) Customers are to take note that all orders must be sent via Email. This will allow us to back-track or Emails to make sure that we don't miss out any orders made by you. Kindly understand that our SMS and call function is solely for inquiry purposes.

2) Upon confirmation of the orders, an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address. Please take note that after the invoice is being sent, no changes are to be made. Any additional orders will be invoiced seperately.

3) To protect the interests of other customers, all orders must be collected or have its payment received within 5 days from the confirmation of the order (except for orders that includes back-ordered items). All items not collected or paid for after 5 days will be released and re-prioritize to other customers in queue. For promotional items, they must be paid / collected within 5 days after the promotion ended. Failing which the price will then be based on the original price.

4) Meets ups are not available with effect 1st March 2009.

5) Do feel free to check with us to find out the rates for non-standard mail and registered mail and we will be glad to advise.

6) Payment Modes
  • For orders that require postage - ATM Transfer / iBanking; all items will be shipped the next working day
  • From Toy Outpost outlets located at Vivocity and Plaza Singapura
