3) To protect the interests of other customers, all orders must be collected or have its payment received within 5 days from the confirmation of the order (except for orders that includes back-ordered items). All items not collected or paid for after 5 days will be released and re-prioritize to other customers in queue. For promotional items, they must be paid / collected within 5 days after the promotion ended. Failing which the price will then be based on the original price.

- For orders that require meetups - Cash on Delivery / ATM Transfer / iBanking
- To pick up orders from Toy Outpost at Plaza Singapura, advance payment via ATM Transfer / iBanking is required
- Self pick-up at Boon Lay MRT Station (no minimum purchase required)
- Self pick-up at Bugis MRT Station (for orders more than SGD$30.00)
- Personalized Delivery at Preferred MRT Station (for orders more than SGD$80.00)
